Yönetim merkezi İzmir'de olup diğer yerlerde şubeler açmaya yetkilidir. Müddeti kırk yıl ve sermayesi onar liralık otuz bin hisseye bölünmüş üç yüz bin liradır. Sermayeyi bir katı arttırmaya genel kurulun yetkisi vardır. Yarı bedelleri ödendikten sonra hisse senetleri hamiline yazılı olacaktır.

Yönetim kurulu beşten dokuza kadar üyeden oluşur. Üyelerin her yıl üçte biri değiştirilmek suretiyle meclis yenilenir. Üyelerden her birinin yüz hisse senedine sahip olması gerekir. Genel kurul her yıl ilk üç ay içinde en az elli hisseye sahip hissedarların iştirakiyle merkezde toplanır. Bir hissedar elliden fazla oy sahibi olamaz. Hükümetten izin almak şartıyla tahvil çıkarabilir. Sermayenin dörtte birine eşit hisse sahiplerinin toplantıdan on gün önce gerçekleşecek jhjhgjh gündeme alınır.

Şirketin mali yılı Ocak ayı başından başlar. Safi gelirden ödenmiş sermayeye yüzde beş vermek için gereken tutar ve ithiyat akçesi için gelirin yüzde ondan yirmi kadarı ayrılarak kalanı yüzde on beş kuruculara yüzde on yönetim kuruluna yüz yetmiş beş hissedarlara ait olmak üzere dağıtılır. Şirket kurucularına koydukları her iki bin liraya karşılık bir hisse verilmek üzere altmış adet kurucu hissesi çıkarılacaktır. Bu hisseler ada yazılı olup beş yıl içinde satılamaz. Beş yıl sonra yönetim kurulunun onayıyla ve Şirket defterinde kayıt işlemlerinin uygulanmasıyla satılabilir ve devr olunabilir. Hisse senetlerinin her yıl bir miktarını kur'a ile tedavülden kaldırmak için saf gelirden bir miktar ayrılmasına genel kurul karar verebilir. Bu durumda kura isabet eden hisselere karşılık kar hissesi verilir. Sermayenin yarısına kadar ithiyat akçesi ayrılmaya devam olunacaktır.
