What is Arture?: I made the decision to make the series EFFECTS after reading Paul Eluard's Donner a voir in January-February 1980. "A new series: From prehistory to the present, to humanity, to all civilizations..., a universal respect for everything that man has created with his labor and tools... In short, a new series: Effects. Here there are secondary effects and transcendences. We should not forget musicians and other artists, filmmakers, scientists...! To tell the truth, this idea was not new. Because I had dreamed of making such a series in 1965, 1968 and 1976, and some works such as "The Source and Origins of Arture" that I made in 1968 were already preceding this.
