FATİH URUNÇ (1966 - 2012)

He was born in Ankara in 1966. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Communication. The artist, who has an improvised painting technique, wants to determine the starting and ending stages of his painting, within the boundaries of an improvisation process, without the need for any side factors, under the light of instinctive factors. Habit, spontaneity stands out as the basic elements that determine his picture. Symbols form the organizational order of the composition by linking them with allegorical motifs, object images, associative chains, and each motif is reinforced with some sub-patterns and directed towards a fictional aesthetic. He died in Ankara in 2012.
