Call for Jihad
It is a "call to jihad" fatwa, which was made by the Müdafa-i Milliye Community during the First World War, and one side is the Sultanate and the other side is the Caliphate. It reads “Long live my Sultan and Deputy Commander-in-Chief Enver Pasha”.
