Özer Toraman

Özer Toraman was born in 1989 in Van. After graduating from Marmara University Painting Department, he continued his higher education in the same main art branch. Toraman's works go beyond the established, built on queer theory and politics. For this reason, the artist's paintings can be defined as portraits developed against the imposed narrow identity and gender policies. Toraman continues to work in Berlin and Istanbul.
