Hamparsum Demircioğlu was born in 1959 in Iskenderun. The artist, who completed his primary education in Karagözyan and secondary education in Tıbrevank Surp Haç High School, graduated from Marmara University Fine Arts Faculty in 1984. In his childhood, the artist was influenced by the art movement of the 1970s, which was characterized by a desire for self-development and empowerment as a reaction to the many conflicts of the previous decade.
