Sarah Abbasi

Sarah Abbasi (1985- )

Sarah Abbasi was born on 20 August 1985 in Iran. The artist, who has been interested in painting since her youth, studied painting from the leading artists of Iran and started traveling abroad for art education since 2020. She opened her first solo exhibition in Iran and participated in group exhibitions. Abbasi came to Istanbul in 2021 for her painting education. She participated in Art Contact and Bodrum Art Fair Exhibitions during her stay in Istanbul. The artist started to study philosophy at Istanbul University in order to feed her art. The artist, who received a scholarship from Resul Aytemur, continues her painting studies at Akademililer Art Center under the supervision of Rasül Aytemur.
