The artist, especially known for his Istanbul paintings, was born in Tekirdağ in 1974. Kılıç, who started to be interested in painting from a young age, especially the charcoal drawings he made in his childhood and the automobile designs that changed weight in his high school years, were important in the formation of the exhibitor and his structure.

Having received a bachelor's degree in his field and pursuing an academic career, he has attracted all the attention in a short time with his successful studies. Istanbul neighborhoods; their islands; He briefly explored the Bosphorus, made observations, took photographs, drew patterns and began to transfer all the beauties of Istanbul to canvas with great passion. Bülent Kılıç, who has opened many exhibitions with his works and participated in auctions, still continues in his workshop in Istanbul.
