FİLİZ AZAK (1976 - )

She was born in Manisa in 1976. She graduated from 9 Eylül University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting. Professor at the Berlin Academy of Fine Arts. After studying painting at the George Baselitz Workshop, she completed his master's degree in art at the same university.

A style in which colors stand out and massive shapes dominate is evident in her paintings. She exhibits a friendly approach in his paintings, in which she creates and structures her own painting language. Although she has a very obvious effect in her own form and colors, what really draws attention in her works is that the figures have a structure that is out of natural proportion. She continues his life and work in Berlin.
