The back is leather, the covers are cloth bindings. Gilded print lettering and motif on leather back. Their skin is tight and perfect, most of them have damaged back covers, need restoration.

Meyers Konversations-Lexikon, 1839'dan itibaren 1984'e çeşitli baskıları yapılan en önemli Alman (Almanca dilinde) ansiklopediydi. Evrensel bir ansiklopedi yayınlamayı amaçlayan Joseph Meyer (1796-1856) 1826'da Bibliographisches Institut yayınevini kurdu. Ansiklopedinin hedeflediği kitle geniş halk, iş adamları, teknisyenler ve bilim adamlarının yanı sıra genel bir bilgiye sahip insanlardı. Ansiklopedi’nin 6. baskısı Joseph Meyer'in oğlu Hermann Julius Meyer (1826-1909) tarafından 1902-08 arasında 20 cilt olarak yayınlandı. Müzayedede satışa sunulan Meyers Lexikon seti 22 ciltten oluşmaktadır, 20 cilt 1902-08 baskısı 6. edisyon ve 1909-1910 baskısı 2 ilave ek cilt.
