Pınar Du Pre (1972 - )

Born in 1972 in Vienna. She grew up influenced by the intense art scene of the Künstlerhaus, Wiener Werktstaette. In 1994, Du Pre graduated from the University of Vienna with a degree in Marketing and attended art courses at the Werkstaette für Kunst und Kultur and the Vienna VHS. An autodidact, the artist even produced her own dolls as a child and started to paint her first oil paintings at the age of 12-13. In 1994, her first series of nudes, which she made with a special oil print technique she discovered while still a student, attracted great attention in Linz. Du Pre, who incorporates many different techniques in his work, is inspired by subtle discoveries and connects them to different stories. He paints portraits and landscapes with his unique technique called "Media Fusion".

Active since 2008, Du Pre's works have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions as well as art fairs in the USA, UK, France, Belgium, Austria, Turkey, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and other countries. His works are included in important private and corporate collections such as Ferko Holding, Sabancı Holding, Koç Holding, Bora Collection, Odeabank, ICBC Bank.
