ZEYNEP DİLEK ÇETİNER (1968 - )

Zeynep Dilek Çetiner was born in İstanbul in 1968. Graduated from the Restoration Department of Yıldız University in 1989. She started working in the Naval Muesum in the same year. In 1991, she was transferred to the Art and Sculpture Museum of Mimar Sinan University. During 1991-1994, she participated in the University workshop. In 2004, she was appointed as the Restoration and Conservation Head of the Museum. Today, she is still holding this post. Her works reflect an understanding of free form with an abstract lyrical style and the compositions are created with spontaneous motions, dynamism, rhythm and balance. She has participated over 18 solo shows and many group exhibitions. Her works are with collectors both in Turkey and abroad. She lives and works in İstanbul.
